We cooked some Welsh food with the trainees and we are planning to cook some Belgian food (hesperolletjes met purree) next week.
Our Welsh trainee, Jules, arrived on Brazilian time, so that Joyce from the States prepared almost everything. See how is enjoying her help ;-)
But Jules was very happy to eat some home food again. Do you know that the national dish in Wales is toast with melted cheese on top? This was the food of the coal mine workers and very easy nowadays to make by students ;-)
We also prepared some other Welsh food that tastes a little like hutsepot. And it was delicious!
